Personal training with me is not a magic pill, and a few more truths:
  • You’re not going to suddenly wake up with a six-pack or a booty because you hired me as your trainer.
  • It takes hard work, dedication, and consistency, often years worth, to reach some goals.
  • I can guide you, motivate you, and hold you accountable, but you have to put in all of the effort.
  • It’s not about me yelling at you until you drop like some old weight loss show. I don’t yell.
  • There might be some tough love involved, but it’s about support and encouragement, not abuse.
  • And finally, your journey is your own. Embrace every step and celebrate every win no matter how big.

  • Learning proper form is crucial for preventing injuries and maximizing your results. I can’t tell you how many people I see in commercial gyms doing exercises incorrectly. It’s a recipe for disaster.
  • As your personal trainer I will teach you the right way to move, reducing your risk of injury while simultaneously maximizing results.
I bring the motivation when you have none, and I hold you accountable for your performance.
