Who I am

My name is Kevin Jeffery, a certified personal trainer known as Coach Kev, and this is my website located at: https://coachkev.fit

I collect information about you during the payment process for booking sessions, purchasing packages and ordering various other services through my website, directly related to Personal Training.

What I collect and store

While you visit my site, I’ll track:

  • Location, IP address and browser type: I’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes

When you purchase from me, I’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. I’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and orders
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for access to client area
  • Comply with any legal obligations I have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve my online offerings
  • Send you occasional updates and new service messages, if you choose to receive them

 

Your account is created automatically during the payment process.

I will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate onboarding forms, personalize your online training experience as well as the payment process for future orders.

I generally store information about you for as long as I need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and I am not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, I will store order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing addresses.

Who on my team has access

Just me. Kevin Jeffery. I can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased  and
  • Client information like your name, email address, and billing information.

I have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process bookings and to support you.

Payments

I accept payments through SQUARE. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to SQUARE, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Caching

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
