Phase 2: Three (3) Private Coaching Sessions
Work one-on-one with me in my private studio. We’ll master the essential movements—the hinge, the squat, and the reach—tailored to your body’s unique needs.
Phase 3: Your Custom Navigation Plan
At the end of your third session, you’ll receive a personalized “Next Steps” roadmap so you know exactly how to maintain your progress.
